Shift Your Childcare Center Admist a Changing Community: COVID-19

This workshop is to help childcare centers move from survive to thrive during an extreme community change including the current shelter in place and COVID-19 situation.  We will take a deep dive look at each area of the business aspect and create a plan for now and moving forward to make necessary and creative shifts.

What we will learn: 

1. To identify the ways the current changes in community have affected the marketing, daily operations, and revenue of the center; 

2. To assess the needs of the staff, the family and children, and the community within these changes;  and 

3. Using this information to begin to create an innovative action pivot plan to meet the current needs as well as identify long term objectives.
