Encinitas Country Day School has a position open at our Manchester Avenue Campus

working with our Preschool, T-K class and Kindergarten

classes. The hours are 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

at a starting rate of $20.00 per hour. The rate will be upgraded to

$25.00 per hour after a 90 day probationary period, and completion of all

required training, and personnel file required documentation.

Sick and holiday pay also begin after the 90 day probationary period.

This is a full time position and includes group benefits

of medical, dental and life insurance 50% paid by the employer,

starting on the 1st of the month after 60 days from the hire date.

There is also a vision plan available for purchase by the employee.

All employees are invited to enroll in the school offered retirement plan.

The job requires a candidate who has completed 12 credits in Early Childhood

Edu. Is able to work with young children and create a plan for fun, safe

group activities.

Montessori experience is a plus, but not required for this position.
