Educational Enrichment Systems (EES) is a nonprofit child development agency that has provided high quality early education programs to families throughout San Diego County since 1979. Our skilled and caring staff utilize a developmentally appropriate research-based curriculum that allows children to learn and express their creativity through artwork and play. Our programs nurture the whole child through an integrated curriculum and students are guided through developmentally appropriate learning experience that emphasize school- readiness. EES is looking to hire at schools in Chula Vista, San Diego, and Vista . EES has full time positions for our part day preschool sites that follow district calendars, full- day year-round programs for both preschool and toddlers, as well as part time opportunities. Candidates for most positions must hold a Child Development Permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing and have preschool teaching experience. All candidates must meet Department of Education Early Learning and Care Division and Community Care Licensing requirements. EES is seeking patient positive role models with early childhood education knowledge, an eagerness to be part of team, productive communication skills, and a desire to build strong partnerships with families so education and skills learned is bridged between school and home. Starting hourly rate for the above positions: Cook $17.00- Teacher $22.00- Support Teacher $17.00 - Instructional Assistant $19.00 Any increase to starting hourly rate is dependent on Child Development Permit issued by CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing and/or college degree.
